In addition to the 1,800 residential units Winthrop is managing for AREA Property Partners in New York, Winthrop Management is happy to announce that Winthrop is now managing Apollo’s 1,100 residential units in the Los Angeles area. Edward Kim, who recently joined Winthrop, will be overseeing the residential portfolio. Mr. Kim, with a long career managing residential properties in Los Angeles will oversee renovations, leasing, and the maintenance of these properties.
