Disposition/Refinancing
For both dispositions and refinancing, Winthrop Management coordinates the due diligence process for the buyer/lender. In the instance of a property offered for sale, we work with the property’s ownership to select a sales agent. Once selected, we provide the agent with all current information including the rent roll, Argus data, stacking plan and lease abstracts. Winthrop additionally prepares and collects estoppels and coordinates inspections.
Winthrop has experience in all types of refinancing with both institutional and Wall Street lenders. In the instance of a refinance, we provide all current information and coordinate all inspections requested by the lender.
