Winthrop’s property management team provides full service, on-site property management. At the outset, the approved business plan is put in place. The team provides monthly and quarterly property reporting and additionally oversees debt service with lenders. Additionally, the team reviews insurance and real estate taxes and prepares annual budgets for the property.
