Winthrop Management has extensive experience in both capital improvements and tenant work. For each project we interview and select the appropriate architects and engineers as well as any related key contractors. Our services include budget development, project bidding and hiring of the general contractor. Once a project is under way, we oversee all facets of the project, fine tuning the scope and pricing on a continuous basis.
