Nick joined Winthrop Management in 1999 with the responsibility of transitioning and overseeing the Shelbourne, Newkirk and VEF portfolios on a national level. He currently oversees all operations of the business in the Southwest and Western regions. A respected leader with a proven ability to develop and implement real estate strategies that support business and financial objectives, Nick has more than 17 years of real estate industry experience at a national level.

Nick’s professional experience includes property management; asset management; property dispositions, acquisitions and transitions; budget forecasting; leasing and negotiations; construction management; base building design, tenant improvements and new developments from the ground up. He holds an active Texas real estate license.
