George offers over two decades of professional construction management experience, for both new and modernized facilities. He specializes in projects requiring critical advanced planning, difficult staging and logistics, fast track schedules and maintenance of on-going operations.

George has assisted property management companies in the development of their commercial asset sites. He has provided in depth consultation and hands-on operational services encompassing the creation of construction budgets, overview project management on site and follow through to completion of development. He is capable of creating, monitoring, and controlling development and operational budgets, as well as reporting to senior partners and lenders.

He is keenly aware of the sensitivities and priorities redevelopments will demand. George has the "hands-on" proven ability to achieve the goals the client, staff and the public will need when determining a new construction program.

George is responsible for the most expeditious, on-budget completion of projects and for its overall quality. He provides creative and innovated solutions and leadership on projects to successfully meet your goals with the highest level of quality.
