Regional Vice President - Southeast Region

Florence joined Winthrop Management in 2007 with more than 27 years of property management experience. Before joining the company she managed a portfolio of more than 1.3 million square feet for VEF Advisors and Apollo Real Estate. Additionally, she oversaw the development and base building construction of a property for the Art Institute of Atlanta.  

Florence is active in the Atlanta Building and Owners Association and today serves as its President-Elect. In 2007, she was awarded the association’s “Manager of the Year" award. Florence holds the distinguished RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
