Edward joined Winthrop Management in 2008 and is responsible for Winthrop’s California residential portfolio comprising more than 1,100 residential units. He specializes increasing the ROI of residential properties under his portfolio by identifying value-added opportunities.

Edward has more than 14 years of residential real estate experience in California. His professional experience includes property, asset, portfolio and operations management; budget forecasting; ownership reporting; tenant relations; leading and negotiations; and interior and exterior renovations.
