Winthrop Management was awarded the contract to manage the former headquarters of Jones Apparel in Bristol, Pennsylvania on behalf of Lexington Realty Trust. Formerly a single-tenant property, Winthrop is rennovating the property so that it becomes a competitive player in the marketplace. Together with our client's leasing agent, Winthrop Management will ensure that we release the building quickly and that the new tenant is satisfied with their new home.
