In addition to the 2,900 residential units Winthrop is managing for Apollo Real Estate in New York, Winthrop Management is happy to announce that Winthrop is now managing Apollo’s 1,100 residential units in the Los Angeles area. Edward Kim, who recently joined Winthrop, will be overseeing the residential portfolio. Mr. Kim, with a long career managing residential properties in Los Angeles will oversee renovations, leasing, and the maintenance of these properties.
